Detailed Product Description
Festoon System can hold conductor cables and hoses (hydraulic and pneumatic applications) for delivering power & control to mobile equipment in a safe, efficient and maintenance free method. The cable trolleys are well guided inside their C-tracks and protected against humidity, dust and icing.
Cable trolley not only deliver power and control to mobile equipment which has reciprocal motion but also support large qualities of data cables including optic fibres travelling independently from the mobile machinery. Stretched wire systems can accommodate either flat or round festooning cables, which optionally can also be moved with control carriers independent of the power loads. Stretched wire systems are efficient, reliable, and easily installed at low cost. The use of flatform cable is highly recommended due to better bending properties compared to round cable. It allows smaller bend radius which can largely minimize the storage space.
The C-track system is one of the most versatile festooning techniques available. It is an all-purpose system suited for either indoor or outdoor use under a broad range of operating conditions in a mild environment condition.
